4. Your Account

6. Compliance Procedures

  • A statement confirming good faith belief in the reported violation.

7. Transactions

7.1 All financial transactions are processed in EUR (with conversions from other currencies calculated at prevailing rates).

7.2 Purchase completion necessitates submission of payment particulars, including card information and relevant addresses.

7.3 Pricing is displayed in EUR unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Top-Up Service

8.1 Users may deposit funds into their accounts for future transactions via the dashboard or other designated channels.

8.2 Top-up transactions are facilitated through third-party providers and governed by their respective terms.

9. Refunds

9.1 Refund qualification includes the following circumstances:

  • Persistent technical issues unresolved after 5 business days;

9.2 Consumers within the EEA, UK, or Switzerland may cancel digital content purchases within 14 days of transaction.

9.3 This cancellation right is forfeited if you initiate access to the content during this period.

9.4 Cancellation requests must be submitted through appropriate channels.

9.5 Valid cancellations will receive full reimbursement within 14 days (potentially extending to 30 days). Refunds will be issued via the original payment method without deduction of fees.

10. Intellectual Property Rights
